PLEASE NOTE: there is a new house being constructed on the lot immediately next door,
which MAY disrupt your stay with us during different phases of the build (estimated Jan22 to Dec23).
Our rates for these dates reflect a slight discount as a result. When requesting a booking,
you acknowledge you are aware of this construction, and understand that no complaints
relating to this during your stay will be entertained.
** Maximum of 4 adults. Minimum Stay is 3 nights during regular season, 4 nights for Festivals, and 5 nights @ Xmas.
** Housekeeping @ $150 / stay. Monthly rates (28 days) include housekeeping service once every 2 weeks.
** State, County & Town taxes are additional to above rates (approx. 11%).
** Refundable security deposit of $500 required on all bookings (via credit card guarantee).
** Full terms/conditions available with rental agreement.

** No pets allowed, no exceptions.
